Correction, I bought one once, with 10.6.x, the Unix side of it is
bomb, don't get me wrong, and their new hardware is nice enough, but
when I can get an ARM laptop for under $900 online, putting openSUSE
on it and eliminating Win11Copilot+, I now actually might buy a
laptop. It makes perfect sense, I already have a desktop, this would
match it while using a different CPU architecture and GPU paradigm.

Free hint, guy, Elon Musk is giving Trump campaign money, and
Microsoft is in bed with crApple, think Office, incidentally the macOS
version of that suite is actually good stuff, unlike the Windows
version of it, but anyway, Musk is Apple because it's just fancier to
those who fancy it. Windows is gutter or diamond depending how often
you replace a motherboard. Linux is just all things you could want
without the problems.

None of which really matters in terms of world happenings right now. What
happened to the “international rules-based order” that the Allies were so
keen on setting up post-World War II? It’s looking a bit tattered around
the edges right now, with the US supporting yet another dictatorial regime
and essentially giving it free rein to run roughshod over its neighbours.
Realistically, is either candidate for President going to make a change to
that? No.
