I managed to convince another of my clients to go whole hog
with GNU/Linux.

They were a bit reluctant at first. The main concern was
the possible retraining of their idiot staff.

But I simply said: "Never fear, my dear. Your Linux man
is always here."

So they did, and now they are very glad. Their staff actually
enjoys using Linux. They state that it is far more natural,
and colorful, than that crap Microslop. They are having fun
while being far more productive as well.

Take it from the expert.

All that these reluctant bozos need is a gentle push and
then there will be no going back.

GNU/Linux owns the world! Most people just don't know it -- yet.

proclaim is necessary so much?

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.

Plan ahead. Study your escape route when they come to hang you :)

And that's the proof of your lie. Because you couldn't have installed
a user friendly DE/WM and you couldn't have installed something easy to
manage for a beginner. So they would have to rely on you for everything.
And one can't be happy to have to ask for help a lot of time each day.

With a friendly configured Linux, yes a beginner can start using Linux
effortlessly. But your way of making every simple task cumbersome can't
help a beginner. And a Linux expert doesn't need a push, he already know
if he can switch to Linux or not.
